website, you will receive a free St. Jude medal (attached) in
Sterling or bronze to match your piece. A free St. Jude medal is
also given for special order rosaries for first-time customers only.
All rosaries, chaplets, tenners and rosary bracelets are shipped
in elegant, microsuede-covered metal presentation boxes at
no charge to you. Super easy to wrap for gits as well!

I stand firmly behind the quality of every rosary, chaplet,
tenner and rosary bracelet that I ship, and use the highest quality
materials available to me for their construction.
Should you experience a break for any reason whatsoever, I will
repair your piece at no cost, and reimburse your shipping to me.
There is no time limit on free repairs.

Although I try to convey the esthetics of my pieces through quality photographs and text,
I understand that buying online is different than a purchase made from a local retailer,
where you're able to judge color, size and handling in person.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your new rosary purchase, including bead quality,
appearance or feel, please write or call within 10 days with your intention to return your piece.
I will handle any customer concern quickly, cheerfully and with no debate, and only request this in
order to organize my accounting. This insures your prompt repayment.
To make the return, please pack your rosary, chaplet, etc. in its metal gift box for safe return shipping.
Upon receipt of your returned item, I will promptly refund your original cost including shipping.
Please note: rosaries, chaplets, tenners and bracelets over 30 days delivered will be
considered acceptable to you and used, and are not available for refunds.

All credit card and international payments must be made through
Paypal's secure online payment system. I never see your credit
card into, nor do I store it or have any access to it.

Direct bank transfers and echecks, both domestic and international are also made via Paypal only.
A Paypal account is not required in order to complete a transaction. Paypal may require your
email address (varies by country) in order to send you your payment notifications.
Additional services for US customers:
Meinssen Handmade Rosaries also welcomes personal checks and money orders from
domestic customers. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call or email so
that a hold may be placed on your rosary, chaplet or other item. Holds will be lifted after one week
if payment is not received, unless prior arrangements have been made for your convenience.

U.S. Customers
All domestic packages ship via Priority Mail through
the United States Postal Service.
The fee for any number of rosaries, chaplets or supplies
is $7.00, which includes a tracking number for your security.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.
Insurance requires an additional fee. Please write if you
wish to add insurance.

Canada/Mexico:
Packages ship via US Postal Service Priority
Mail International. The cost includes tracking for your security.
Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 days + any customs delays.
For 1 to 2 rosaries, chaplets, etc., the fee is $13.00 US.
For 3 or more rosaries, chaplets, etc., the fee is $26.00 US.

Packages ship via US Postal Service Express Mail International. The cost includes tracking
for your security + $100 of free insurance. Express Mail International has proved extremely
fast and reliable, and many countries now require Express Mail in order to provide tracking or
to comply with customs regulations for the shipment of jewelry-related items.
Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 days + any customs delays.
For 1 to 4 rosaries, chaplets, etc., the fee is $33.50 US.
For 5 or more rosaries, chaplets, etc., the fee is $48.00 US.
For rosary makers in Canada/Mexico and all other countries who are purchasing wire/ring
supplies only, please write to arrange First Class Mail or other less costly shipping methods for your order.
