The St. Benedict medal bears the traditional exorcism prayer symbology on the reverse, and the metal parts are connected with wrapped bowties.

Each large and colorful azurtie bead is double capped with solid silicon bronze.

Azurite was historically used as pigment for paints and fabric dyes. It's closely associated with it's "brother" stone, malachite, which is usually found in proximity to azurite. I tested these beads by cracking one open to check for consistent color through the bead, and they passed. Bold!
