The Ecce Homo (Behold the Man) is one of the most poignant emblems of the Passion of Christ. A powerfully wrought image of Christ crowned with thorns is set inside an Art Nouveau frame with a ribbon-like bail. On the reverse, the JHS (Jesus Hominum Salvatore or Jesus Savior of Mankind) is featured wtih thorny branches. This medal is nicely sized for large bead tenners and chaplets, and has an excellent weight to it.
